			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Weight loss with the calorie shifting plan is faster and easier than any other system that I know of. It doesn&#8217;t require calculations, you don&#8217;t have to go hungry, and you don&#8217;t have to exercise rigorously. This is great, but you have to be careful not to take it too casually. The plan still has to be followed strictly in order to be effective.</p>
<p>This said, I have received a few letters from people who want even faster weight loss. They say that a loss of 9 pounds in 11 days is great, but more would be even better! So here are a few tips to maximize weight loss through <a href="http://jl1954.4idiots.hop.clickbank.net/?page=99000&amp;?tid=501art">calorie shifting.</a></p>
<ol>
<li> How you prepare the food. When the daily menu includes chicken, for example, it doesn&#8217;t specify how to prepare it. As far as the calorie shifting theory goes, you could have fried chicken. But common sense will tell you that you taking in all of that extra grease is not really good for your weight loss aspirations! So take the skin off of your chicken and bake or broil it. The breast is the best piece for low fat and high protein, but don&#8217;t restrict yourself to that unless you want to.</li>
<li>If the menu for a meal calls for nuts along with a food that is lower in fat, try to eat more heavily of the low fat selection. The oils in nuts are healthy, beneficial oils, but they can be fattening when taken in excess.</li>
<li>Get more excercise than the plan call for. Try to do a one-hour session 3 times a week with a mixture of aerobic and resistance exercises. I recommend a good walk daily in addtion to this if possible. If not, try to walk on the days that you don&#8217;t exercise.</li>
<li>Avoid refined sugar whenever possible unless it is on the menu. Sugar substitutes can bring about their own set of problems, but we need to solve the weight loss problem first.</li>
<li>Purchase &#8220;Beyond Calories&#8221; along with the &#8220;<a href="http://jl1954.4idiots.hop.clickbank.net/?page=99000&amp;?tid=501art">Fat Loss 4 Idiots</a>&#8221; calorie shifting system. In fact, about half of my customers do this right up front, and the feedback has been very positive.</li>

They worry that it will simply give them a slice of time to gain back all that they lost during the initial 11 day cycle.  They need not worry. The plan would not be successful if that happened all the time.</p>
<p>You must first understand the basic principles involved in the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan.<br />
You follow a basic and simple menu plan for 11 days. That plan identifies the sequence of carbohydrates and proteins and all that you eat for 11 days. There are few restrictions, just eat only what the menu calls for on that day. So one day may be all carbohydrates and the next may be all proteins. Another will be all fruits or all vegetables and so forth.</p>
<p>Essentially what the <a href="http://jl1954.4idiots.hop.clickbank.net/?page=99000/?tid=blog">Calorie Shifting Diet Plan </a>does is keep your brain just a little confused about what foods are coming next. And when.  So it does not have time to adapt to your new eating pattern before you change it again. That is one reason why people who go on a more traditional diet, except for weekends, will rarely reach their goals. Their bodies adapt to the cycle and adjust their metabolism accordingly. </p>
<p>People find the process of dieting restrictive and difficult to stick to. <p>First of all your body will adjust to the amount of calories and type of food you are eating and after a few <a href="http://www.calorieshiftingdietplan.net">11 day cycles </a>you will discover there is less of a desire to eat too much even during the three day break when you can eat your favorite foods in any amount.</p>
<p>This happens also with many people who are involved in serious physical exertion in extreme conditions, like firefighting in the wilderness. After a while on the scene, firefighters or rescue personnel imagine what they will eat and drink when they get back home or off the trail, even as they eat their “rations” and drink more water.</p>
<p>The longing for steak and milkshakes is common among them.  There is a tendency to believe you can eat two or three steaks in one sitting or down three milkshakes before dinner. And some of these bigger guys can and do actually consume in those proportions. But soon the craving is satisfied and a more reasonable portion of food becomes the norm.</p>
<p>I recall one evening in particular when I had a chocolate milkshake followed by a glass of milk with a full size t-bone steak dinner complete with baked potato smothered in butter and sour cream. And then we had home made pie for dessert. My meal was one of the smaller ones and none of us felt overstuffed at all. (Today a meal like that sounds impossible to me.)  But the next day, none of us really wanted or needed a milkshake or a steak and life was more or less back to normal for us. Except for the one guy who ate three bowls of oatmeal with every meal, and still does. There are always exceptions. </p>
<p>So, don’t worry about the 3-day break in your calorie shifting diet plan. Your body knows its limits, perhaps better than you do. If you do gain some pounds back, you will lose them and more in the next 11 day cycle.</p>

<p>You burn a lot more fat in a lot less time doing this type of interval training, but it&#8217;s tough to do because it builds up incredible stamina in the person doing it.  And building up your stamina never comes easy&#8230;.</p>
