Calorie Shifting is NOT one of those trendy weight-loss diets of fads.
The main reason why Calorie Shifting works well is because it “shocks” the body.
How does Calorie Shifting shock the body to help you lose weight without having to exercise and work those pounds off?
- Your body makes adjustments according to the type of food you put into it
- When the body makes adjustments it is “shifting” to auto-correct its metabolism

One of the most effective cardiovascular training methods is based on interval training which uses “shock treatment” to cause your body make shifts and adjustments.
For example, if I am feeling a bit pudgy and want to lose weight fast, I will eat and act differently.
Instead of running 5 miles in about 40 minutes like I usually do, I will do some interval training commonly referred to as doing “telephone poles”…
The telephone poles” exercise was taught to me by an experienced lifelong runner and multiple Boston Marathon runner.
- This exercise requires that you run 70-80% speed from one telephone pole to the next, then jog at normal speed to the next telephone pole.
- Then run 70-80% speed to the next pole, then jog the next “interval”…
You burn a lot more fat in a lot less time doing this type of interval training, but it’s tough to do because it builds up incredible stamina in the person doing it. And building up your stamina never comes easy….
But we’re talking about calorie shifting here; a method for losing weight by tricking and shocking the body into thinking different things are happening to it.
And different things will be happening during your calorie shifting diet plan.
- You force your body into making adjustments based on the type of food you are putting into it.
- …and when the body starts making these adjustments the metabolism is kicking into high gear…
- And that’s how you lose weight quickly and easily without doing exercise, or killing yourself between those telephone poles!
