Why Calorie Shifting Works For Most People.

There are several reasons why the calorie shifting plan works better than conventional diet and exercise systems for most people. But like the other systems, the individual must really want to burn fat, and prepare themselves mentally and emotionally to do whatever it takes to attain their fat loss goals. Without motivation and determination, there is no diet plan that will work.

That said, there are a few reasons why people stay with the calorie shifting diet plan longer than many of the other systems:

  • You don’t have to go hungry. You eat four meals a day and eat until you are satisfied;
  • You get a variety of food on the menu’s, some of which you won’t see on other diets;
  • It’s a simple system that doesn’t require you to constantly count calories and grams, or calculate caloric intake levels;
  • You get a 3 day break, when you can eat anything that you want. This eliminate the sense of dispair that many people feel on the conventional diets, which tell you that the old days are gone forever!

The Cons of the Calorie Shifting Plan:

  • On the other hand, as with any fat loss system, there are a few things that some people won’t like;
  • Sometimes the menu may require you to eat just fruit, or fruit and vegetables, for the entire day. Personally, I feel hungry no matter how much of this stuff I eat, so I kind of dread those days coming around;
  • Some people are more “carb sensitive” than others, meaning that they have to reduce the normal carb intake more in order to lose weight. This could be difficult to regulate on the calorie shifting plan;
  • For some people, conditions at work may make it very difficult to eat at the prescribed times, or make it hard to prepare some of the meals;
  • Some people prefer to eat a balanced diet at each meal, instead of having one food group today and another tomorrow. In that case, a more conventional plan may work better for you.

Health Problems

I have received emails from several people who have high cholesterol, asking if the calorie shiting menu will work for them. After researching the dietary restrictions that doctors place on persons with high cholesterol, it is my opinion that the conventional diet and exercise systems would be better. The diet regimens incorporated in those system are almost identical to the ones recommended for people with high cholesterol. Tom Venuto’s “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” is an excellent example of that type of fat loss system.

Vegetarian?

A vegetarian menu is available.

Summary

The calorie shifting plan to burn fat is, in my opinion, a good way to lose weight fast, and should work for most
people.
