Calorie Shifting Diet Plan dot org was created because I wanted to share my personal experiences with weight loss.

I’ve tried certain fad diets…

I work a lot of hours and don’t have the time nor the energy at the end of the day to spend hours on a treadmill.

I like to eat certain foods and denying myself the foods I liked always seemed like it was a huge battle, because deep-down,  inside I really didn’t want to stop eating those foods I liked.

… and I was TIRED of trying diet after diet only to lapse back into my old habit of enjoying food again…

When I bought, read, and implemented what I learned at the Fat Loss for Idiots site, I achieved great results in a short period of time.

The reason it worked for me is because I wasn’t denying myself the things I enjoyed so much and I had a set non-exercise-related regimen that I could easily follow (Also known as a calorie shifting diet plan)…
